Tarp Clip on 4 1/2"

Screw-action tarp clip clamps down on
tarps and just about anything else you
need to secure. These are perfect for

Marina Program (which basically says
that you have to cover the water when
doing hull work) - attach these to the
hull every 8 to 10 feet and clip on a
